1. Returns and Exchanges

- Tires are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, tires must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Exclusions
- Customized or special-order tires may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Tires that show signs of wear, use, or damage due to improper installation or handling will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process
2.1 Authorization
- Before returning tires, customers must obtain authorization by contacting our customer service team at 1-345-328-0123.
- Once authorized, customers will receive instructions on the return process.
2.2 Packaging
- Tires must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, or documentation.
3. Refunds or Exchanges
3.1 Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3.2 Exchanges
- Customers may opt for an exchange for tires of equal or lesser value. If the replacement tires are of lesser value, a refund for the price difference will be issued.
4. Restocking Fees
- 345Tires.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% for returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
